Perform large account reconciliations on manufacturing accounts utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel tools. 40%

Discrepancies and outstanding balances are researched, resolved, and communicated with manufacturing account personnel.

• Create payment remittance and submit to manufacturer.
• Monthly payment and credit applications made utilizing accounting software systems.
• Bi-weekly payments and credit applications made to 7,500+ Hearing Center accounts utilizing accounting software systems. 40%
• Work with both internal and external resources to resolve billing issues.
• Provide zero balance letters to clinics where payment remittance is not provide.

• Aging report
• Operations invoice bill attachment updates
• Aging report
• Checks in transit report
• Voided and bounced checks/ACH
• Returned checks
• Customer refunds, insurance refunds, employee expense reports
• Hear USA status updates
• Operations invoice bill attachment updates
• Telephone, mail, and email inquiries are answered. 5%

High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Some college.
• Some Accounting experience.
