Accounting Systems Analyst

Overview

Midway Mechanical Services is seeking an Accounting Systems Analyst. This role supports both daily accounting operations and system-driven improvements across multiple entities. The position bridges accounting operations and technology to help the company scale smart, stay accurate, and work better together.

Base pay range
: $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

As our Accounting Systems Analyst
, you’ll be a key resource supporting both daily accounting operations and system-driven improvements across multiple entities.

• Provide accounting system (Net Suite) support to users—in person, by phone, or online
• Process core accounting functions including:
• Accounts Payable
• Prepaids & Intangibles
• Lease/Loan entries
• Update and reconcile Weekly Cash Forecast Actuals
• Prepare and review month-end reconciliations
• Partner with leadership on system and process improvements including:
• Rolling out Payment Central, Podium, Net Lease & Net Loan
• Document management initiatives
• Developing SOPs and training materials for Net Suite

• 1–3+ years of progressive accounting experience (HVAC, construction, or service industry preferred)
• Experience supporting or mentoring accounting staff
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, WIP accounting, and multi-entity structures
• Required: Net Suite experience (Net Lease & Net Loan a plus)
• Knowledge of internal controls and audit processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating, analyzing, and automating reports)
• Analytical thinker who asks “why” and leans into challenges to become the expert
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
