Claims Processor, Reports & Controls

What to Expect

We are looking for a Claims Processor who has the ability to sort and route incoming claims documents and handle other clerical and administrative tasks related to mail and claims handling.

• Review incoming document and ensure they are properly logged and routed
• Review and complete other claims administrative tasks as requested by claims team
• Prepares and submits administrative reports as required
• Provides support for unit claims associates and managers
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all internal, external, current, and prospective nationwide customers

• High level of attention to detail which is critical for accuracy of routing
• Possess necessary speed and efficiency to process a large volume of work to meet tight deadlines
• Have great clerical and organizational skills to ensure proper record keeping
• Onsite presence is required every day
