Communicates effectively with applicants and new hires in a helpful and friendly manner.
Reviews and tracks applicant background and drug screens, ensuring completeness and compliance.
Coordinates with recruiters and hiring managers regarding applications, background checks, and onboarding processes.
Conducts new hire orientation sessions, ensuring completion of required documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
Prepares and submits payroll and onboarding documents following each orientation.
Uploads new hire documents to electronic files and maintains updated orientation materials.
Ensures compliance with HR documentation standards and coordinates onboarding with external payroll administrators.
Provides new hire information for training sessions and tracks candidate status daily, providing updates to HR and management.
Works with vendors to troubleshoot background screening and drug testing processes, ensuring timely and compliant results.
Reviews negative background and drug screen results to determine employment eligibility according to company policies.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical requirements include sitting, talking, hearing, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds. Visual abilities include close vision and focus adjustment.
