WhatYou’ll Do
Maintain daily accuracy of the sales pipeline in Pipedrive by rep and expected close date
Ensure every deal and anticipated order includes a realistic, documented close date
Monitor both existing-customer and new-customer pipeline activity
Produce daily and weekly pipeline visibility for Finance, Accounting, and Operations
Flag slippage, risk, and forecast gaps before they impact cash or planning
Enforce EOD updates, including activity completed outside normal sales hours
Track execution and accountability in Click Up in partnership with Sales leadership
Treat forecasting as an operational discipline, not a reporting task
Are comfortable following up until the data is right
Prefer clarity over consensus
Understand how small data misses compound into large operational failures
Take pride in systems that work without heroics
Avoid enforcing standards across peers
See CRM hygiene as optional
Prefer retrospective reports to real-time accountability
Experience supporting sales operations, forecasting, or CRM management
Working knowledge of Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations
Clear written communication under tight deadlines
Prior experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related function
Proven reliability with recurring deadlines and daily deliverables
Experience in high-growth or operationally disciplined environments
Familiarity with Click Up or similar execution-tracking tools
Clear ownership and expectations
Direct impact on financial planning and operational efficiency
