• We are seeking a skilled Superintendent with expertise in wastewater treatment plants and large concrete water tanks to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure that safety, quality, and efficiency are delivered on every project.

Position Description

What You’ll Do

As Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force behind our industrial concrete projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage.

You Will

• Direct daily field operations on projects starting at $5M
• Lead crews & subcontractors through planning, coordination, and execution
• Enforce safety policies and compliance with environmental permits
• Review drawings, specifications, and building codes to ensure accuracy
• Create and maintain project schedules (including two-week lookaheads)
• Manage material orders, inspections, and manpower to meet deadlines
• Monitor work in progress to maintain quality and efficiency
• Document project progress, inspections, and compliance reporting
• Conduct employee performance reviews and mentor your team

Position Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of concrete construction experience (footings, foundations, slabs, columns)
• 4+ years supervising large concrete water tank or wastewater treatment projects
• Strong skills in blueprint/spec review & project scheduling
