Project Manager - Heavy Civil Concrete/Highway Construction

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our heavy civil concrete and highway construction projects. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee all aspects of project delivery, from planning to completion.

• Provide overall management direction for existing projects and develop new business opportunities
• Oversee all phases of the construction project timeline
• Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment, rental equipment, and income/expenses
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, and coordinators to ensure project success

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of project engineer experience in heavy civil concrete structures, roadway, bridge, and dirt excavation projects
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing/supervising less experienced project engineers
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
