A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage daily operations for roadway and earthwork projects. Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, conducting inspections, coordinating crews, and ensuring work meets specifications and schedules. The ideal candidate has over 10 years in roadway construction and strong skills in blueprint reading. A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
