- Buildtrustandprovideleadershiptotheprojectteamthroughprofessionalservicesthatresultinbestvalue
- Analyze labor,material,andtimerequirementsforaprojectinordertothoroughlyunderstandeachprojectāsscopeofwork
- Presentcostestimatestoourinternalmanagementteamaswellastheprojectowner
- Preparereportsdetailingallofthecostsgoingintoaprojectandoptionsforvalueengineering
- Provideassistancetodesignteamsforprojectdesign
- Prepareoptionsstudies&design alternatives
- Preparepreconstructionschedules
- Reviewdesigndocumentsforconstructability&biddability
- Managesubcontractor/supplier procurement
- Preparesubcontractorcontractsandsupplierpurchaseorders
