Associate Graphic Designer

What does an Associate Graphic Designer do at Swire Coca‑Cola? This role produces compelling point‑of‑sale and digital assets across email, web, and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate concepts into visually engaging materials that align with brand standards.

• Design point‑of‑sale (POS) marketing/advertising material for specific purposes designated by channel leads, continually producing POS to meet requestor needs while following Coke brand standards.
• Produce in‑house projects such as posters and banners, printing and trimming them on schedule.
• Create files for printing on OKI printers—formatting and placing on the network for printing.
• Follow up with client approvals to keep projects moving through the system, ensuring all stakeholders receive adequate communication on project status.
• Troubleshoot problems with OKI printers and determine when to call a technician.
• Manage vendors to ensure cost and quality requirements are met, including ensuring invoices are accurate and processed for payment on time.

• Associate’s Degree required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years graphic design experience – preparing print‑ready files and managing print vendors required
• In‑depth knowledge of graphic design methods including color, type, hierarchy, etc.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator required
• Experience with Adobe Cloud apps such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat preferred
