You'll set the strategic direction, translating business objectives into powerful creative narratives and measurable performance outcomes.

• Define brand storytelling frameworks and campaign concepts.
• Direct creative quality, consistency, and alignment across all brands and channels.
• Collaborate with senior marketing leaders and brand presidents to meet business and revenue goals.
• Mentor and manage the creative team, ensuring efficient resource use and team development.
• Evaluate creative performance, continuously refining strategies based on analytics and insights.

• 10+ years in creative direction, brand strategy, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing multi-brand creative initiatives.
• Demonstrable success translating strategy into creative execution.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Expertise in performance marketing and storytelling frameworks.
