Location: Draper, UT 84020

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PT (In-office 3+ days/week)

We’re seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to drive high-impact email campaigns and newsletters for both prospects and customers. In this role, you will lead the coordination, building, testing, and deployment of marketing emails while supporting lifecycle initiatives across the organization. You’ll work onsite with our Draper-based Marketing Operations team (5 members), collaborating closely with dozens of partners across Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, and Analytics.

• Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns and newsletters for various audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, campaign, and analytics teams to deliver timely, high-quality sends.
• Own and manage the email calendar—coordinating timelines and ensuring smooth handoffs.
and refine emails; adjust HTML/CSS when necessary.
• Manage segmentation and list pulls to ensure precise targeting.
• Track performance metrics (open, click, conversion rates) and deliver clear reporting.
• Conduct A/B tests and recommend improvements to boost engagement.
• Ensure compliance with email best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Support lifecycle and nurturing programs as capacity allows.

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience (B2B or SaaS preferred).
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms—especially Marketo (experience with tools like Inflection, Customer.io, Braze also a plus).
• Proven ability to build, QA, and launch email campaigns end-to-end.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email editing and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and comfort working independently as a contractor.
• Solid analytical skills and experience with email performance reporting.

• Experience designing or collaborating on email templates in Figma

• Understanding of deliverability, accessibility, and email design best practices.
• Exposure to lifecycle, onboarding, or nurture program development.

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington.
