Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. This role is integral to supporting teachers, students, and families while ensuring a safe and productive school environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong instructional leadership, effective communication, and a passion for student success.

• Provide instructional leadership and support for teachers
• Oversee student discipline and promote positive behavior systems
• Ensure campus safety and emergency preparedness
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and community partners
• Assist with school operations, scheduling, and compliance
• Support the implementation of academic programs, including German Immersion
