About the OpportunityJoin a team with over 50 years of success delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across the western U.S. This role offers the chance to work on landmark structural concrete and civil projects that define skylines, connect communities, and push engineering boundaries.
Responsibilities- Lead the pre-bid process: review specifications, analyze drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, calculate labor and equipment costs, and analyze historical data to ensure accurate, competitive bids
- Contribute to the preparation of complete bid packages with precision and clarity
- Collaborate with project teams to shape winning strategies
- Support additional estimating and preconstruction activities as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial estimating experience
- Proven expertise with Bid2
Win bottom-up estimating - Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, purchase orders, and contracts.
