Senior Project Engineer – Deep Foundations/Piling and Shoring at Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction
We’re seeking a Senior Project Engineer with deep foundations expertise to play a key role in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects. From drilled shafts and driven piles to ground improvements and complex shoring systems, you’ll provide technical leadership, coordinate field operations, and ensure precision and efficiency at every stage of construction.
What You’ll Do- Support field operations on drilled shafts, shoring, piling, and heavy civil structures
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Track project costs and progress in Viewpoint/Heavy Job
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to keep work on schedule and within budget
- Provide solutions on constructability and sequencing to ensure success in the field
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5–7 years of project engineer experience in deep foundations, heavy civil, or light rail
- Strong knowledge of field practices and project controls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools
