Location:Ramada by Wyndham - Draper, UT

Pay:$12–$15/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:Full-time or Part-time

Join our award-winning team atRamada by Wyndham in Draper! We’re looking for a reliable and friendlyFront Desk Associate(Receptionist) to be the face of our hotel in the evenings.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
• Use the property management system (PMS) to manage reservations and guest accounts
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment for all guests and staff

Qualifications:

• Experience with hotel PMS (like Syn Xis Property Hub) is a plus. If no prior PMS experience, must complete Wyndham University’s self-paced training course within 2 weeks of starting
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable using computers and basic software
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must be dependable and able to work evening shifts, including weekends
