Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $26.00/hr

5-Month Contract

Collections Analyst in Draper, Utah, Hybrid. 3 days a week onsite. Rate is $22-25/hr must have 1-2 years Corporate Collections experience.

• 1–2+ years direct collections experience (preferably ecommerce, payments, financial services)
• Ability to learn, adapt and train new processes
• Strong analytical, investigative, and logical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

• Knowledge of payment processing methods (ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual & credit cards)
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management

• This role is part of the Collections team and supports the execution and delivery of strategic and operational initiatives. The team oversees the end-to-end collections process across all entities, assessing accounts, determining best approaches, and executing plans to optimize revenue recovery.
• The ideal candidate brings collections experience, a customer‑centric mindset, and the ability to perform strongly both individually and collaboratively to meet key financial targets.
