We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

• Calling Third Party Originator Relationships
• Organizing, logging and maintaining good notes.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing brokers
• Answering emails and phone calls
• Being a representative between Village Capital and Third-Party Originator

• Proven experience with problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

• Solution oriented problem‑solving Mindset
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Demonstrates the ability to calmly and effectively deescalate tense situations
• Familiarity with mortgage industry standards and practices
