POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is an analyst within the Corporate Accounting Services organization, based in either Draper, Utah, or Fremont, California. The position focuses on critical responsibilities related to cash accounting and accounts receivable, with an emphasis on ensuring accurate financial recording and process optimization. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and leveraging technology to automate and scale accounting functions are key aspects of this role.

• Contribute to accurate and timely recording of financial transactions for multiple entities, focusing on incoming customer payments
• Review metrics and journal entries to detect and resolve potential errors
• Reconcile bank deposits to customer accounts receivable balances
• Research unusual transactions to determine appropriate accounting treatment
• Author SQL queries to analyze, match, and reconcile large datasets from multiple sources
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with departments such as IT, Business Information, and Payment Processing to implement automated solutions
• Work closely with key contacts in other finance departments, including Revenue, Billing, and Order Operations, for cross‑functional initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or equivalent experience; CPA is a plus
• 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience at a large or public company
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience in writing SQL queries for relational databases
• Passion for leveraging technology to scale business processes
• Experience with payment processing platforms such as Stripe or Adyen is a plus
• Flexibility with nominal non‑standard working hours for month‑end close
