We specialize in UV tanning, sunless spray tanning, and light therapy, with a strong focus on wellness, skincare, and customer confidence. $22-25/hr base (based on experience)

• 25+ years old with High School diploma or GED (Associate’s preferred)
• 3+ years in a customer-facing leadership role (salon, spa, retail, fitness, or hospitality)
• Friendly, confident, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry
• Strong sales mindset, time management, and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy and organized; basic computer proficiency required
• Dependable, consistent, and goal-oriented
• Experience with UV tanning and spray tanning is required- and you should love the services!
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (minimal travel)

• Set the tone for professionalism, energy, and customer-first culture
• Oversee daily operations: cleanliness, inventory, and team coverage
• Manage staff scheduling and shift coverage as needed
• Maintain a clean, upscale, and welcoming salon environment
• Cover your salon as needed

• Promote tanning memberships, spa services, and skincare products
• Achieve/exceed monthly sales and membership goals
• Drive team performance through hands-on coaching and motivation

• Deliver a luxury guest experience through expert service and recommendations
• Resolve client issues professionally with a solution-oriented approach
• Build strong client relationships and community engagement

• Hire, train, and mentor associates for long-term success
• Lead monthly performance reviews and provide regular coaching
• Support promotions, local events, and social media efforts
