We are looking for a clinician who has strong case conceptualization skills; a track record of skilled delivery of individual, family, and group therapy; is familiar with the working dynamic between program, client, family, and referring professional; has competency in evidence‑based treatment for adolescents; and displays strong therapeutic, communication, and rapport‑building skills.

• Manage a caseload of 6
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Timely documentation
• Collaboration with referring professionals and treatment team
• Case conceptualization and management

• Masters or Doctorate in MFT, Social Work, Psychology or equivalent
• Licensed in the state of Utah, or working toward licensure
• Experience working with adolescents

• Licensed Clinician Social Worker
• Licensed Marriage Family Therapist
• Licensed Clinical Men’s Health Counselor
