We are looking for a clinician who has strong case conceptualization skills; a track record of skilled delivery of individual, family, and group therapy; is familiar with the working dynamic between program, client, family, and referring professional; has competency in evidence‑based treatment for adolescents; and displays strong therapeutic, communication, and rapport‑building skills.

Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of 6
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Timely documentation
- Collaboration with referring professionals and treatment team
- Case conceptualization and management
- Masters or Doctorate in MFT, Social Work, Psychology or equivalent
- Licensed in the state of Utah, or working toward licensure
- Experience working with adolescents
- Licensed Clinician Social Worker
- Licensed Marriage Family Therapist
- Licensed Clinical Men’s Health Counselor
