Whatwill you be doing?
- Taking inbound customer service calls and provide specific health plan/partner details relating to the individual’s benefits, programs, and products available and facilitate scheduling appointments with providers.
- Helping members with finance assistance through our financing partners.
- Working with Providers (Audiologists) processing clinic referrals.
- Assisting customers with hearing aid supply orders.
- Taking and making inbound/outbound calls regarding appointments and/or customer inquiries.
- Attending weekly one-on-one coaching sessions to align with company initiatives, training opportunities, and performance objectives.
- Completing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual trainings on compliance, department procedures and continued Insurance/Partner knowledge.
- Following up on interdepartmental issues, emails, and voicemails.
- Customer Focus – Responds to immediate customer needs by following established scripts, services, or product offerings.
- Influence & Persuasion – Uses scripts or routine talking points to invite action.
- Productivity – Meets productivity standards of the organization with appropriate support.
- Initiative – Acts when provided clear direction.
- Planning & Organizing – Plans and organizes own activities within a defined schedule or timeframe.
- Using Technology – Uses basic IT tools or software.
- Quality – Meets quality standards of the organization with appropriate support.
- Accountability – Is on-time, on-task under appropriate supervision.
- Quality – Sets and exemplifies quality standards for area of responsibility.
- What education or experience is required?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college
- 2+ years Customer Service experience
- Sales experience
