Youth Care, a residential treatment center for adolescents, is currently looking for a Therapist to work with a dynamic team of clinicians. The role involves delivering individual, family, and group therapy, performing comprehensive clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with referring professionals and the treatment team.

Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of 6
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Timely documentation
- Collaboration with referring professionals and treatment team
- Case conceptualization and management
- Master's or Doctorate in MFT, Social Work, Psychology or equivalent
- Licensed in the State of Utah, or working towards licensure
- Experience working with adolescents
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
