Position Title: Assoc Rep, Fitness (Part-Time)

Work Location: Draper, UT 84020

Assignment Duration: 12 Months

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Note: This is for afternoon shifts around 3pm-6pm M-TH 3-5 hours a week. Additionally, be able to cover morning classes as necessary.

Position Summary
:
The main function of a fitness representative is to be responsible of the Stretch Program.

• Responsible for the stretch program including offering guidance to employees on proper stretch form, conducting stretch sessions, and documenting stretch activities
• Act as a back up to team members depending on Fitness Center needs
• Provide quarterly reporting on stretch program utilization and established metrics
• Incidental duties:
  Complete required training, attending staff meetings, time cards

• Must have a proven track record of managing health and wellness programs
• Must be able to work independently and apply good judgment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Sports Science (or related field) Preferred
• 0-2 years of experience required
