• You'll host birthday parties for children, including setup, cleanup, and attending to the party
• You'll play a visible role in exceeding our guests' expectations through excellent delivery and guest service
• You'll prepare the event room for the event
• You'll set up, maintain, and replenish multiple buffet lines
• You'll serve guests and perform post-event clean up
• You'll communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times, making guests feel appreciated
• You'll anticipate guests' needs and be alert for guest signals to promptly acknowledge the guest
• You'll remove dishes and glasses from tables and take to kitchen for cleaning
• You'll perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Must have a well-groomed and neat appearance
• Must be able to maintain good guest relations - outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude
• Must enjoy working in a team atmosphere
• Must have patience with children
• Must be able to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
• Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly
• Must have the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
