Front Desk Associate – Full Time
Join our award‑winning team as a Front Desk Associate at the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott in Draper. The position is full‑time, about 40 hours per week, with a rotational evening shift (3‑11 pm). Some Fosse knowledge and/or experience is required.
Responsibilities- Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check‑ins/check‑outs
- Ensure the safety and security of our guests and associates
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must present yourself in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming
- Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check‑ins/check‑outs
