To ensure all event spaces are set up and broken down accurately and efficiently according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and exceptional service standards. This role plays a key part in creating a seamless and professional experience for guests and clients.

• Event Setup & Teardown: Set up and tear down meeting and event rooms, including furniture, staging, and equipment, per BEO specifications.
• Equipment Care: Properly care for, move, and store equipment such as tables, risers, dance floors, lecterns, and room supplies.
• Room Preparation: Straighten chairs, change soiled table linens, empty trash cans, and restock materials as needed.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Periodically clean meeting and event rooms before and after events, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and wiping surfaces.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations, and follow all resort policies and procedures.

  Provide excellent customer service to clients during functions as needed; collaborate with banquet servers, bartenders, captains, managers, and other resort staff to ensure smooth event execution; perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
• Availability & Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends and holidays; adapt to a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with varying indoor and outdoor conditions.

• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.
