WhatYou’ll Do
You’ll design and own the systems that make our revenue motion measurable, predictable, and scalable. This is a hands‑on role for a builder who loves the intersection of GTM strategy, analytics, and data engineering. You’ll manage our Rev Stack (Hub Spot, Looker, Mixpanel, Aircall, and Revenue Hero) and work closely with our overseas data team to operationalize ETL processes and live data environments.
When something breaks, you don’t wait – you dive in, debug it, and make it better.
30 Days: Develop a complete understanding of our tools, database structure, and data pipelines. Build a strong working relationship with our overseas data team. Within one week, be able to execute basic analytics and campaign tasks for the revenue team.
60 Days: Fully document and analyze our Rev Stack, identify all data gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies. Propose and align on a roadmap to fix them. Begin implementing automation, reporting, and live data integrations.
90 Days: Take full ownership of the revenue data environment, from ingestion to insight delivery. Operate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to surface insights and drive execution. Build strategic narratives from data that influence decisions at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full GTM system stack (Hub Spot, Looker, Mixpanel, Aircall, Revenue Hero) and ensure seamless data flow between them
- Partner with the data team to maintain ETL pipelines and live data environments feeding our analytics layer
- Create and maintain dashboards that track revenue performance, funnel health, and conversion velocity
- Design and operationalize OKR tracking across GTM functions
- Identify data quality issues, implement controls, and continuously improve reporting accuracy
- Support campaign execution by making data instantly available to revenue teams
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and executive insights
- 2 to 4 years in Rev Ops, Sales Ops, or a data-driven GTM role at a B2B company
- Deep hands‑on experience with Hub Spot CRM, including workflows, automation, and reporting
- Familiarity with data lakes, ETL processes, and live data streaming for GTM analytics
- Strong proficiency in Looker and Mixpanel for reporting and behavioral analytics
- Comfortable working with SQL and data visualization tools
- Clear communicator who can translate technical complexity into actionable insights
- Operates with ownership, urgency, and curiosity
- OTE: $110,000 to $140,000 (80% base, 20% bonus tied to OKRs)
- Hybrid setup:
Minimum 3 days per week in our Draper, Utah office for collaboration and iteration - High‑velocity, data‑driven, founder‑led culture where clarity and execution matter most
