Senior Director, IT Technology Solutions

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $90 to $110 hourly (converted salary $180K-$220K + bonus)

Summary: The Senior Director, IT Product - Corporate Functions is a senior technology leader responsible for defining and executing technology strategies that support enterprise corporate functions. This role partners closely with executive and business leaders to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value. Operating in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment, the Senior Director leads cross‑functional teams and drives complex initiatives that advance digital capabilities and operational excellence.

• Define and execute technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
• Partner with business and executive leaders to prioritize and deliver high‑impact technology initiatives.
• Lead and develop product, program, and project teams with a focus on performance, accountability, and growth.
• Oversee enterprise initiatives across infrastructure, security, analytics, and application platforms, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline adherence.
• Manage budgets, resources, and governance to maximize return on technology investments.
• Enforce delivery standards, improve processes, and drive consistent reporting and stakeholder communication.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology or IT roles spanning multiple disciplines, including delivery of large enterprise projects or products.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing product managers, program managers, or project managers.
• 5+ years of experience in product, program, or portfolio management.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise‑scale technology initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies (as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or delivery leader); familiarity with PMBOK principles preferred.

• Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or food and beverage environments.
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models at scale.
• Familiarity with enterprise PMO practices and portfolio governance.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into executable technology roadmaps.
