Conversion salary of $$165k TO $185k annually plus bonus
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture leads the enterprise architecture practice to ensure technology strategy is aligned with business objectives. This role combines people leadership with hands‑on architectural expertise to define, govern, and evolve enterprise‑wide standards and solutions. The Senior Manager partners closely with business and IT leaders to guide technology decisions, support large‑scale initiatives, and enable secure, scalable, and value‑driven architectures.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a multi‑year enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Create and govern current‑ and future‑state architecture documentation, standards, and reference architectures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the enterprise architecture team.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align architectural decisions with organizational goals.
- Provide architectural oversight for enterprise initiatives, including manufacturing and operational technology environments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and support initiatives such as cloud migration and infrastructure modernization.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure architectural effectiveness, compliance, and business value.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role.
- TOGAF 9 Foundation (Level
1) and/or Certified (Level
2). - Advanced cloud architecture certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure AZ‑305 or equivalent).
- Security architecture certification such as ISSAP.
- IT service management certification (ITIL 4 or higher).
- Strong hands‑on architectural expertise across networking, systems, and security domains.
- Experience supporting OT and manufacturing environments.
- Experience demonstrating business value through ROI, TCO, or efficiency metrics.
