We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Agile Software Development Project Manager with strong expertise in End-to-End (E2E) Planning to lead complex software initiatives from concept to delivery. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, QA, and Dev Ops teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project planning: from discovery, requirements gathering, and backlog creation through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch review.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive delivery roadmaps, sprint plans, and release schedules in alignment with product goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely communication of status and risks.
  • Identify and manage project risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team collaboration.
  • Support product managers in prioritization and grooming of the product backlog.
  • Track and report on project metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless handoff between planning, development, testing, and release stages.
  • Champion Agile best practices and coach teams on effective implementation.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management within software development environments.
  • Strong Agile expertise (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) with practical experience leading Agile teams.
  • Proven experience with E2E planning across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Trello, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), testing frameworks, and deployment cycles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification a plus.
  • Background in software development or technical understanding is highly desirable.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Exposure to Dev Ops, automated testing, and monitoring practices.
  • Familiarity with product road mapping tools (e.g., Aha!, Productboard).
