Holiday Oil is looking for an in-office Help Desk Technician I to join our IT team! This entry‑level role provides frontline technical support to our c-store locations and internal teams. You'll help troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account‑related issues while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and devices
• Support store operations technology and daily system needs
• Document tickets and escalate issues when needed
• Assist with employee onboarding and technology setup

• 1‑2 years of IT support or help desk experience
• Basic knowledge of computers, networks, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid Utah driver's license and ability to travel to local store locations

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
