Network Administrator
Level three computer technician. Will go on site to clients to handle firewall, back up, security, workstation and servers issues.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for clients and handling all of their IT needs. Will handle issues with switches, firewalls, workstations, servers, and printers. Will work in person with clients and must have good communication skills. Must have good customer service skills, time management, and must be able to work with the tier one and tier two technicians.
QualificationsMust know servers, workstations, firewalls of various types, switches, Active Directory, proficient in Microsoft Officd 365 administration, familiar with group policies, server migrations and EDR. Experience working with Mac computer computers is a plus.
Additional InformationExperience with a PSA is a plus.
