What You’ll DoLead and manage NPD projects from concept through design, testing, and launch
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and schedules
Coordinate activities across R&D, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and other functions
Facilitate decisions that prevent serial handoffs and enable parallel execution
Identify risks early and drive timely resolution of issues and constraints
Provide concise, accurate project status updates to leadership
Ensure project deliverables align with approved scope, quality standards, and business objectives
Think systemically about cross-functional execution
Hold teams accountable without relying on hierarchy
Translate ambiguity into structured plans and forward motion
Believe speed comes from clarity, not shortcuts
Prefer disciplined parallel execution over waterfall sequencing
Avoid hard conversations when timelines are at risk
Require perfect information before moving forward
Confuse activity with progress
Expect alignment to happen without structure
Proven experience leading complex new product development projects
Strong command of project planning, risk management, and execution discipline
Ability to influence across functions and drive decisions
Clear, direct written and verbal communication
Hands‑on experience with project management tools and lifecycle frameworks
Demonstrated success managing cross‑functional NPD projects from initiation through launch
Track record of delivering projects on time and within defined scope
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Experience applying LEAN principles to improve project flow, efficiency, and execution
Experience in regulated, technical, or quality‑driven product environments
Familiarity with stage‑gate, agile‑hybrid, or continuous improvement models
Real ownership of outcomes, not administrative coordination
Projects with direct impact on the business
