**** Job Description
**** The Field Training Specialist plays a critical role in the success of Prodata Key’s customers, partners, and internal teams by delivering high-quality, hands-on training both in the field and through our online Learning Management System (LMS). This role blends technical training delivery, logistics coordination, content upkeep, and operational support to ensure training programs are consistent, effective, and scalable.

This individual will frequently travel to partner locations and industry events to lead in-person training sessions, support integrated labs, and assist with event-based education initiatives. In addition, they will maintain and refresh training content, manage training kits and demo systems, support lead capture and reporting, and contribute to the continuous improvement of PDK’s training programs.##
**** Key Responsibilities
***** Deliver in-person, hands-on training for partners in the field
* Travel regularly for training engagements
* Coordinate and support training and speaking opportunities with sales, partners, and internal stakeholders
* Serve as a knowledgeable, professional representative of PDK during on-site engagements and industry event
* Assist in delivering and maintaining customer-facing training through PDK’s LMS platform
* Refresh, update, and improve training courses to ensure content remains current and effective
* Support content creation for training modules, demos, and learning materials
* Gather feedback from learners and translate insights into course improvements
* Configure demo software and systems for training environments
* Gather, prepare, program, and ship training supplies and equipment
* Build, refurbish, and maintain training kits and demo systems
* Assist with PDK.io pre-programming and demo readiness
* Coordinate itineraries, schedules, and materials for training events and integrated labs
* Support show or event website setup when applicable
* Support vendors and partners as needed during training and event execution
* Capture photos, surveys, and administrative details during events
* Upload and manage lead lists in Salesforce
* Use tools such as  to manage tasks, timelines, and priorities
**** Requirements & Qualifications
***** Strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with access control systems, software platforms, and demo environments
* Proven ability to train adult learners and clearly communicate technical concepts
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
* Willingness and ability to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time
* High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with sales, marketing, partners, and customers
* Adaptability and comfort handling change in fast-paced, live environments
* Strong time management and prioritization skills
* Basic familiarity with social media and content capture
* Customer centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
* Comfort representing a brand at live events and customer sites while showing enthusiasm and passion for the product
* Willingness to actively listen and constantly improve
