Holiday Oil Co. is seeking an entry-level Help Desk Technician I to support our c-store locations and internal teams. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage user access, and document resolutions in the ticketing system, providing proactive customer service.
You will assist with onboarding new employees, set up devices, and operate within Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Occasional travel to Utah store locations may be required.
