Merchandise Coordinator, Creative Services Warehouse

Full Time Warehouse, Draper, UT, US

Reports To: Creative Services Warehouse Operations Manager Department: Operations / Logistics / Creative (Visual)

Location: Studio McGee Creative Services Warehouse located in Draper, UT - on-site, required

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM (overtime as needed)

Overview:

The Merchandise Coordinator, Creative Services Warehouse is a critical member of the McGee & Co. creative production ecosystem. This is not a traditional warehouse position — it is a hands‑on, brand-immersive role at the intersection of logistics, photo production, and design. You will be the person who ensures the right product is in the right place at the right time: whether that means pulling pieces for a studio shoot, prepping furniture for a client install, or keeping our visual warehouse running at the high standard our brand demands.

Working closely with the Creative Services Warehouse Operations Manager and our cross-functional creative, visual, and e-commerce teams, you will develop a deep familiarity with our product catalog and an instinct for how the McGee & Co. aesthetic comes to life — from warehouse shelf to finished photograph. If you are detail-oriented, take pride in how things are handled and presented, and thrive in a fast-moving creative environment, this role is for you.

Who We are:

Founded in 2014, Studio McGee, Inc. is one of the fastest growing home design brands in America. Our journey began with a thriving interiors business that focused on approachable, yet aspirational design. By leveraging the power of digital communities, we were able to expand our footprint in the interior design industry through an unconventional approach that connected us with our consumers.

We continued to carry that forward-thinking attitude into the launch of our retail business, McGee & Co., which anchors the operational and revenue growth of our company. Our licensing partnerships allow us to further expand our design voice beyond our own collection. From a multi-year partnership with Target to an Emmy-nominated Netflix Series and a NY Times Best-Selling book, Studio McGee's passion is to empower people to design with an approachability that enhances their daily life and elevates their every day.

Whether following us on social media or becoming part of our company, we invite you to join us on our mission to “Make Life Beautiful.”

Core Responsibilities:

  • Pull, stage, and prep products and props for studio photography shoots, ensuring every item is shoot‑ready and accurately reflects the McGee & Co. standard
  • Collaborate daily with the Creative Services Warehouse Operations Manager and creative team to align on shoot schedules, sample pulls, and product flow
  • Assist with set builds, prop placement, and post‑shoot breakdown; return all merchandise with proper labeling, wrapping, and condition documentation
  • Develop working familiarity with our product catalog — understanding categories, finishes, and styling intent — so pulls are accurate and efficient
  • Support the studio photography space: weekly floor cleaning, product flow, and overall cleanliness and organization
Installs & Field Support
  • Pack, load, and deliver products for local installs and photo locations, handling all items with the care and precision the brand demands
  • Travel out-of-state with the box truck to support on‑location shoots and client installs when needed
  • Assist the creative and install teams on‑site, reflecting a professional demeanor that upholds Studio McGee's brand image in every…
