We’re growing, and we’re seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Placement Operations who is energized by relationship-building, operational excellence, and solving complex challenges that ultimately support student success.

What You’ll Do- Lead national clinical site procurement efforts to ensure students have strong, aligned placement opportunities.
- Analyze student cohorts and program growth to forecast placement needs.
- Oversee the tracking, scheduling, and operational success of student placements.
- Maintain accurate clinical site records, onboarding compliance, and affiliation agreements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for partners, resolving escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate across teams to streamline processes, improve data systems, and support scaling the clinical placement model.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects that enhance clinical education outcomes.
You lead with service and accountability. You’re skilled at navigating complexity, building relationships, and helping teams stay aligned and focused. You communicate clearly, think proactively, and bring structure to dynamic environments.

- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Experience managing a team of five or more
- Proven success in procurement, partnership development, or sales environments
- Strong operational, organizational, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence
- Bachelor’s degree
- Clinical placement, healthcare partnerships, or academic operations experience
- Project management mindset and strong analytical skills
