Capita’s Advisory Department has a variety of team members.
- Advisors are the clients’ primary point of contact and financial planner.
- Relationship Managers ensure that financial planning services are coordinated across all Capita departments for a smooth customer experience.
- Central Planning Team Associates set our planning standards and dive into the weeds when a client situation requires additional analysis.
- Investment Operations Associates monitor the quality of portfolio recommendations, oversee trading communication, and train our advisors on investment related subjects.
- Compliance Associates ensure adherence to SEC regulations and enhance the integrity of care our clients receive.

- Director of Wealth Management
- Director of Investment Operations
We are looking to add a manager to our team to share the workload beyond the three we currently have. Our leadership team is excited to add another leader to our management team. This new position will oversee one or more of these three roles:
Advisors, Relationship Managers, or the Central Planning Team.
We are interested in understanding your management experience and unique skills. If selected, we would then formalize what team members and aspects of the business you will oversee.
Experience Types - multiple areas of experience could be considered:- Direct management experience of individuals or teams
- Industry experience (Financial services industry)
- Project management experience
- Financial Advisor experience
Experience Amount - 3-5+ years preferred. Direct management experience preferred.
Compensation targets will vary based on your experience and the scope of leadership talent you possess. Once we know how your leadership would fit within Capita, we can explore salary ranges associated with the role you can fulfill.
