The Enterprise Principal Program Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for shaping and advancing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that drive Swire Coca-Cola's long-term business objectives. Partnering closely with executive leadership, portfolio leaders, and key stakeholders across the organization, this role influences strategic priorities, guides complex decision-making, and ensures successful execution of critical business initiatives.

Operating in a highly visible environment, the Enterprise Principal Program Manager provides strategic counsel, drives alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and navigates competing priorities to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role regularly engages with senior executives and may support communications, planning, and decision-making processes involving Swire leadership and board-level stakeholders. The Enterprise Principal Program Manager is expected to bring an enterprise mindset, balancing strategic vision with disciplined execution to maximize organizational value and results.

Responsibilities:
Lead the governance, planning, prioritization, and execution of enterprise programs consisting of multiple related projects to achieve strategic business outcomes and benefits realization. Establish and maintain enterprise program governance frameworks, methodologies, reporting, and best practices while ensuring effective management of program health, risks, budgets, dependencies, benefits realization, and delivery outcomes. Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, providing integrated program oversight to ensure delivery of strategic objectives, benefits, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify and implement process improvements that enhance enterprise performance; provide coaching and mentorship to project teams and program stakeholders.
