Ortho Development Corporation is hiring a Clean Room Technician I. Join our team for a great work culture, good teammates, and caring leadership. This full‑time onsite position is available to start immediately and is an exciting opportunity in the medical‑device industry.

Monday to Friday

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Follow detailed process instructions for ultrasonic cleaning, visual & function inspection, assembly, and packaging of both sterile and nonsterile orthopedic medical devices.
• Comply with FDA, ISO, and ODEV policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Work inside a cleanroom environment wearing safety glasses, Tyvek suit & hood, hair net, beard cover or mask (if applicable), shoe covers, and nitrile gloves.
• Perform functions standing on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure line clearance and facilitate production functions.
• Properly complete required paperwork for tasks accomplished to maintain traceability.
• Independently work in a specific area during the day, stay focused on tasks, and complete the required production volume.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma.
• 0–3 years of experience in a regulated field such as medical device, food/beverage, aerospace, etc.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow production procedures and associated documentation.
• General computer skills.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Working independently and staying focused on tasks.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Team player.
