You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the advanced production equipment that powers Diversified Botanics’ manufacturing operations. You’ll troubleshoot and repair machinery, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure that every piece of equipment runs safely, efficiently, and to our exacting standards.

This role is hands‑on and mission‑critical — you’ll minimize downtime, extend equipment life, and safeguard the consistency of our high‑performance production line.

Experience with
filling and packaging equipment (Bellat Rx preferred) will set you apart.

• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery including encapsulation machines, conveyors, transfer belts, heat tunnels, and labelers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation systems including PLCs, VFDs, and AC/DC circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Safely operate scissor lifts and forklifts when required.
• Maintain facility infrastructure components and support utilities as needed.
• Use digital tools to track maintenance schedules, repair logs, and equipment performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and manufacturing standards.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience maintaining and repairing factory production equipment.
• Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and digital tracking tools.
• Valid driver’s license and comfort working in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Experience with Bellat Rx or similar filling, labeling, and packaging systems.
• Background in food, supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Exposure to automation, AI‑assisted monitoring, or digital maintenance systems.
