Draper/Sandy, UT | $20.35/hour | Monday - Thursday

Join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment where you’ll receive hands-on, paid training and help produce precision components used in the medical industry. No previous manufacturing experience? No problem! We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who are ready to learn and take pride in doing quality work.
Why You’ll Love This Opportunity- $20.35 per hour
- 3-day weekends! Work Monday through Thursday.
- Day shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
- Paid, hands-on training – no experience required.
- Clean, climate-controlled work environment
- Build valuable manufacturing and assembly skills
- Potential overtime on Fridays
- Assemble and inspect small components with precision.
- Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Use basic hand tools and production equipment.
- Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Follow cleanroom protocols and workplace safety procedures.
- Complete basic production records and documentation.
- A dependable attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate work instructions in English.
- Comfort with standing and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
