Position summary

We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to coordinate, and project manage our marketing lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of B2B / enterprise marketing, digital marketing, experience building end-to-end campaigns, and working cross-functionally with sales teams.

Core Responsibilities
  • Execute on omni-channel demand generation campaigns from start to finish to drive leads and opportunities
  • Build cogent data-driven marketing strategies and plans to ensure a consistent volume of opportunities are generate month-over-month
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in content, events, paid media, web to support new initiatives or optimize existing efforts
  • Manage relationships with vendors and own a paid media sponsorship calendar to grow lead generation initiatives in this channel
  • Manage budget and track results to ensure ROI for our initiatives
  • Help organize and execute on in-person events that drive new customer acquisition
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and demand generation
  • Proven track record of executing campaigns end-to-end
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Clay (plus)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to analyze data and make decisions based on results

Hiring Manager Notes: Hybrid schedule — 3 days in office;
Must be local to Draper; 6-month contract with possibility of extension;
Potential travel: up to 15%;
Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and Clay is a plus.
