Draper, UT (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) | Contract (6 Months) | $40/hr
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to support and execute integrated lead‑generation initiatives. This role manages the day‑to‑day operations of omni‑channel demand generation campaigns and collaborates closely with content, paid media, events, and sales teams to drive consistent, high‑quality pipeline.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience running B2B marketing programs end‑to‑end, strong analytical capability, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite in Draper, UT.
Key Responsibilities Campaign ManagementExecute omni-channel B2B demand generation campaigns from planning through launch, optimization, and reporting.
Develop data‑driven marketing plans to ensure consistent month‑over‑month opportunity generation.
Manage and coordinate campaign components across email, paid media, web, events, and content.
Partner with teams in content, events, paid media, and web to support new initiatives and improve existing programs.
Work closely with sales partners to align campaigns with revenue goals and pipeline needs.
Manage relationships with paid media partners and maintain a sponsorship calendar to support lead‑generation goals.
Track campaign costs, monitor performance, and ensure ROI across all initiatives.
Support planning and execution of in‑person events tied to acquisition goals.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless event operations and lead capture.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of marketing and demand generation experience.
Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise marketing best practices.
Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns end‑to‑end.
Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with sales and marketing teams.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and Clay.
Ability to summarize performance data and recommend optimizations.
Comfortable managing budgets and tracking campaign ROI.
Organized, detail‑driven, and proactive.
Able to work independently while coordinating multiple moving parts.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
