At AIT Global, Inc. we are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to coordinate and project manage our marketing lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of B2B / enterprise marketing, digital marketing, experience building end‑to‑end campaigns, and working cross‑functionally with sales teams.

• Execute omni‑channel demand generation campaigns from start to finish to drive leads and opportunities.
• Build data‑driven marketing strategies and plans to ensure a consistent volume of opportunities are generated month‑over‑month.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with partners in content, events, paid media, and web to support new initiatives or optimize existing efforts.
• Manage relationships with vendors and own a paid media sponsorship calendar to grow lead generation initiatives in this channel.
• Manage budget and track results to ensure ROI for our initiatives.
• Help organize and execute in‑person events that drive new customer acquisition.

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing and demand generation.
• Proven track record of executing campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Clay are a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to analyze data and make decisions based on results.
