This position is remote within the United States; however, preference will be given to candidates based in Utah or Los Angeles, for whom a hybrid schedule of two days per week in the office will be expected.

The Growth Marketing Manager - Corporate will manage the NEOGOV’s corporate narrative, thought leadership strategy, and executive visibility across NEOGOV, NEOED, and Power

DMS. This role will shape how we show up in the market as a company – what we say, where we say it, and how consistently we say it.

This is a hands‑on role responsible for flagship reports, PR and speaking strategy, corporate messaging, and long‑form content that builds credibility and demand across the public sector. This role partners closely with all marketing teams – Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Event Marketing, and Creative – to ensure thought leadership and corporate initiatives translate into strong campaigns, measurable impact, and consistent brand storytelling.

Corporate

Narrative & Messaging
  • Apply and maintain NEOGOV’s corporate messaging and positioning narrative across NEOGOV, NEOED, and Power

    DMS.
  • Maintain and refine the corporate messaging & positioning deck, ensuring adoption across marketing, sales enablement, PR, and executive communications.
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director to ensure visual brand and messaging work together cohesively (visual brand ownership remains with Creative; messaging and copy ownership sits with this role).
  • Create and influence corporate content, PR themes, executive bylines, thought leadership reports, and top‑of‑funnel storytelling.
Thought Leadership & Flagship Reports
  • Help develop NEOGOV’s corporate thought leadership engine, including the evolution of flagship reports and large‑scale content initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to validate product information (Product Marketing), interpret proprietary data (BI team), and turn insights into compelling, executive‑ready narratives for the end‑to‑end production of 8 corporate‑owned thought leadership reports.
  • Manage contract writers and contributors, providing clear briefs, strong editorial direction, and final approvals.
PR, Executive Visibility & Speaking Strategy
  • Manage execution of corporate PR strategy in partnership with our PR agency, aligning the PR calendar with story themes and corporate priorities.
  • Review and refine agency‑written bylines and press releases to ensure consistency with NEOGOV’s messaging and narrative.
  • Coordinate executive speaking submissions, targeting multiple speaking opportunities across all three brands. Submissions to include conference breakout sessions, guest appearances on webinars and podcasts, and additional speaking opportunities.
  • Track and report on PR and speaking impact, including placements, visibility, and engagement.
Social Media & Content Strategy (with Contractor Support)
  • Work with the Director of Growth & Partner Marketing to set the strategic direction for corporate social media across Linked In (primary), Facebook, You Tube, and podcast channels.
  • Manage and guide a dedicated social media contractor, including editorial themes and priorities, thought leadership amplification, and employee advocacy within our sales teams and subject matter experts.
  • Partner with Sprout Social and internal stakeholders to improve reporting and insights.
Campaign Strategy Partnership
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Growth on campaign strategy. Lead kickoff meetings, retros, and strategy alignment for corporate‑owned campaigns.
