Why you want this jobAs a Channel Manager for You Tube advertising, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of our You Tube campaigns. This includes everything from in-stream ads and You Tube Shorts to leveraging You Tube’s advanced targeting and analytics tools.

Your role will be pivotal in optimizing our You Tube presence, building brand equity, and driving key business outcomes such as traffic, leads, and conversions.

While You Tube will be the primary focus of this role, you’ll also support paid social initiatives across platforms such as Meta and Tik Tok. You’ll collaborate closely with Paid Social, Creative, and Analytics teams to develop channel-specific strategies, provide creative recommendations, and translate performance data into actionable insights.

What you’ll do Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a You Tube-first advertising strategy that supports both brand and performance marketing goals.

Campaign Management:
Manage all aspects of You Tube advertising, including in-stream ads, bumper ads, You Tube Shorts, and other video placements. Optimize campaigns using Google Ads.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
Leverage You Tube’s targeting capabilities, including custom segments, affinity audiences, remarketing, and first-party data, to reach the right viewers at the right time.

Creative Best Practices:
Work closely with the Creative team to develop platform-specific assets, including skippable and non-skippable ads, Shorts, and long-form video, ensuring alignment with You Tube best practices.

Performance Analytics:
Use You Tube Analytics, Google Ads, and third-party tools to evaluate metrics such as view-through rate, watch time, click-through rate, cost per view, and conversions.

Experimentation and Testing:
Run tests across creative formats, video lengths, messaging, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve performance.

Paid Social Support:
Help support campaign execution, optimization, creative strategy, and reporting across paid social platforms within a team environment.

Cross-Channel Creative Strategy:
Identify creative insights and opportunities that can be applied across You Tube and paid social while accounting for the distinct behaviors and best practices of each platform.

Market Awareness:
Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies across You Tube and paid social.

Reporting and Insights:
Create clear performance reports and translate campaign results into actionable recommendations for internal teams.

What you'll need Proven experience managing You Tube advertising campaigns and driving measurable business results.

Working experience with paid social platforms such as Meta and/or Tik Tok, including campaign execution, optimization, creative evaluation, and reporting.

Strong knowledge of You Tube ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, measurement capabilities, and optimization techniques.

Demonstrated ability to develop video-first strategies that balance brand-building and performance outcomes.
