. Youth Care is seeking a full-time RN to join our team, three 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p. Our program is recognized nationwide as a premier program for youth struggling with mental health issues. • Maintains accurate and organized medical records for each student
• Schedules caregiver appointments as necessary and makes transportation arrangements for appointments
• Keep parents, mentors and phase leaders apprised of student's health
• Orders medications and ensures students prescription medications are kept in supply as needed
• Distributes medications to students at designated times
• Attend to students and staff on campus with minor injuries and illnesses
• Nursing assessments and follow-up
• Coordination of discharge plans for medical services

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.
• Active RN License in the State of Utah.
• A certain amount of walking and standing are often necessary to carry out job duties. Lifting/carrying will routinely exceed 10 pounds.
