What we expect from you

As a Crew Member, we need you to bring your positive energy, smiles, enthusiasm and sense of urgency that are needed to make us the first choice for late night snacks and breakfast. The other stuff? Don't sweat it. We'll teach you the positional skills you need to be successful regardless of your experience level.

Crew Member positions and responsibilities during the are:

* Operating the grill, fry and sandwich stations following all Wendy's procedural and food safety standards.

* Coordinating, assembling and presenting customer orders following all procedural and food safety standards. This includes bagging orders to include all necessary items for drive thru customers, assembling orders on trays for dining room customers and assembling mobile and delivery orders.

* Operating cash registers and handling customer payments to company standard, following all policies and procedures for handling of payments.

* Interacting with customers in a prompt, courteous manner.

* Completing assigned cleaning tasks.

* Prepping food products such as bacon, vegetables and condiments for sandwich stations and prepping salads.

* Cleaning and preparation duties required to open and close the restaurant.

* Restocking and cleaning work stations throughout the shift.
